Toggl's vision is to bring awe-inspiring magical worlds to people’s living rooms - and everywhere else! We're rendering these immersive worlds via augmented reality and making them readily accessible via mobile phones.
While technology is very important in achieving this, the art is really what will make the users fall in love with these worlds.
That's why we need a world-class 3D Artist who is a real Swiss Army knife to join the Toggl team! You will concept, model, texture and animate low-poly stylish assets for use in a real-time game engine which will render them in augmented reality. These assets can range from structures and props to rigged characters.
You will:
Create in-game ready, stylish, low-poly real-time 3D assets ranging from structures and props to characters
Animate characters, animals, objects
Create compressed, production-ready textures for these 3D assets
Support the development of visual concepts and ideas
Support the content/game development process from A to Z
Export assets through the pipeline all the way to production for use in a real-time environment
You ideally have:
2+ years of experience working as a 3D artist on a stylish real-time product (ideally games)
Experience with 3D software (eg. Maya, 3DS Max, Blender, etc.)
Experience with Adobe Photoshop/GIMP
Ability to create production quality 3D assets and stylized textures
Familiarity with glTF/glb formats
Passion for the future of immersive content through augmented reality
We're ideally looking for someone to join us in our Seattle office for 2 months to start and we'll evaluate the relationship at the end of that time. We're open to having someone join the team remotely if they have an impressive background and have done some amazing past work.
More than anything, you should be excited to define the visual language of the future of immersion! If this sounds like you, shoot us an email at jobs@togglar.com - or use the form below:
